What you’re agreeing to

New Purveyors Lab collects your answers, submission date, questionnaire version, broad recruitment source and basic quality flags for this research. We don’t ask for your name, licence number, brokerage or client details. Raw answers are private; we plan to publish reviewed summaries, not individual responses or verbatim comments.

The survey uses a random browser identifier to discourage repeat submissions. It cannot verify a person’s identity. The hosting service may process technical request data. Answers are sent only when you submit. Use a shared device with care.

Individual responses expire after 12 months and are deleted when the survey service next runs. Save your receipt if you want to withdraw your response using this page. Once a finding has been published in aggregate, it cannot be individually withdrawn. Privacy details.

What the findings can tell us

This is an English-language, voluntary convenience sample. Results will describe the people who responded—not all Canadian agents. We’ll report dates, recruitment channels, usable response counts, question denominators and missing answers. Small groups will be withheld. Claimed time savings are estimates, not audited productivity.
